Four days later...
The clouds above Athens grew darker and blocked out the moonlight as Elena walked through the streets after visiting the market. Thunder began to rumble amongst the dark clouds as lightning flashed out at sea, "I must get back home before it rains" thought Elena as she began to walk a little faster through the streets towards her home, the lightning flashed brighter as it headed towards the city.
After a few minutes or so Elena had reached her home just a matter of seconds before it had started to rain, Elena entered her home and quickly closed the door and then put her shopping onto the table. A few minutes later as Elena was just about to sit down on her chair she heard a knock at the door, "who could that be in this weather" thought Elena as the rain outside fell hard and fast.
She walked towards the door and grabbed the handle and slowly began to open it, a few seconds later the door was fully open and Elena looked outside. "Hmm there is nobody there.." she thought and then closed the door, "I must have been hearing thing's" said Elena, a moment later she turned around and saw Megara standing in front of her, "what the?.." said Elena, a moment later she blinked and Megara had vanished.
Suddenly the window shutters burst open and the strong wind blew out the candle's, Elena rushed into her room and grabbed her sword as the flashes from the lightning filled the house. "Come out Megara, I know you are here, show yourself!" Said Elena as she walked slowly around her home, as she walked towards the kitchen, Megara reappeared behind her holding a dagger in her right hand.
Megara moved a little closer with an expression of madness on her face as she lifted her dagger into the air preparing to strike. Elena looked at her necklace that was hanging off a wall shelf in front of her and saw Megara's reflection in it, just as Megara was about to strike her, Elena quickly turned around ducked and then thrust her sword towards Megara, seconds later Megara screamed as Elena's sword impaled her abdomen.
"You should not have come here.." said Elena as she twisted her sword making the wound bigger, Megara dropped her dagger as Elena pulled her sword out of her abdomen. Megara fell to her knees as blood dripped onto the floor in front of her, "I shall finish this once and for all!" Said Elena, a moment later Elena began to sing as the storm outside grew stronger every second.
As Elena continued to sing, her voice grew louder and louder as she reached a high pitch, Megara writhed in agony as Elena's singing turned into a focused high pitch sound that was loud enough to shatter eardrums. Blood began to drip from Megara's ears, nose and eyes as Elena continued to unleash her power, within a few minutes Megara could not take anymore and screamed.
Megara's body burst and turned into a torrent of blood as Elena continued, then second's later the torrent on blood burned and turned into vapour. Elena stopped and stood in silence as the storm suddenly ended, Megara was now dead and no longer a threat to Elena, "that was for my friend Elios.." said Elena as she sat down on her chair, the sunlight shone through the window as Elena sat in her chair and closed her eyes then decided to rest.
Elena would not forget her fallen friend Elios and would remember their journey together forever, it wasn't the end for her it was just the beginning of her journey as she planned to go on more adventures like this in future, she would meet new friends and visit new and strange places over all of Greece and it's island's as she travelled and learned new things.
