A beautiful woman called Elena sat beneath an olive tree as the moonlight glowed bright in the clear morning sky above her. She sat there in silence and felt the cool wind and the warmth of the sunlight against her soft skin, Elena began to sing a song as she watched the birds soaring through the sky towards the cliff's, as she continued to sing, her voice filled the olive tree orchard and echoed around her.
Her beautiful voice so enchanting it could entrance any man who heard it, Elena stood up and then walked through the olive tree orchard as she continued to sing. Her long brown wavy hair and white dress flowed in the wind and her brown eyes glimmered like diamonds in the light as she walked towards Athens, after several minutes she had stopped singing and entered the city.
As Elena walked through the street's she smiled at people as they greeted her and walked past, after a short time she had reached the coast and stood on the beach. As she stood on the soft golden sand Elena looked out towards the clear blue sea as it shimmered in the sunlight and saw a ship sailing towards the city, "I wonder who is on that ship?" Thought Elena.
She continued to stand there and watch as the ship sailed closer and closer, then suddenly it had come close enough to see the symbol on the ships sails. It was a ship she had seen before month's ago, "I know that ship, they're coming back!" Said Elena excitedly as the ship sailed towards the harbour, Elena walked across the beach and then back onto the street, "I cannot wait to see them" said Elena as she walked through the street's towards the harbour.
A few minutes later she had reached the harbour and stood near the dock as the ship sailed a little closer, several moments later the ship had anchored at the dock. A group of soldier's walked off the ship and greeted the people that were waiting for them, "welcome back!" Said Elena as Odysseus and Hercules walked off the ship, "Elena!, it has been a while since our last meeting" said Hercules as he smiled at her.
Odysseus stood beside Hercules and smiled at Elena, "finally back in Athens after so long" said Odysseus, "we must celebrate your return" said Elena. "There is no need Elena" said Odysseus, "I insist, I shall cook some homemade food for you" said Elena, "that sounds like a good idea!" Said Hercules, Odysseus ran his finger's through his shoulder length hair and shook his head a little.
"You're always hungry Hercules" said Odysseus, "am I?, I did not notice" said Hercules as he raised an eyebrow and looked at Odysseus. Thena few moments later Hercules let out a hearty laugh and placed his hand on Odysseus's shoulder, "well then, let us go to my home and you can rest whilst I prepare the meal" said Elena, "let us go!" Said Hercules.
A few moments later Elena, Hercules and Odysseus walked through the street's of Athens and headed towards her home, after several minutes they had reached her home and went inside. "I see your home looks clean as always" said Odysseus as he sat down on a chair, "of course, I have some new decorations as well" said Elena as she walked into the kitchen, Hercules sat down in another chair beside Odysseus and relaxed.
"You have a beautiful home Elena" said Hercules as he leaned back a little, "thank you Hercules" said Elena, "so what are you cooking for us?" Said Hercules. "Oh you shall see soon, but of course I'm making your favourites too" said Elena as she began to prepare their meal, Hercules and Odysseus sat there in their chairs comfortably as the wind outside began to blow stronger.
Several minutes later the smell of food began to fill the house, "that smells delicious" said Odysseus as he breathed deeply. "I am sure you will like the food" said Elena, "I know I will!" Said Hercules as he placed his hands together excitedly, "come now Hercules, you always enjoy eating, try not to eat everything and save me some of it" said Odysseus as he looked at Hercules and raised an eyebrow.
Hercules stared at Odysseus and made him feel a little unnerved and then laughed out loud, "I shall try to save some food for you" said Hercules. Twenty-five minutes later Elena had finished cooking their meal and placed it down onto the table, "Hercules, Odysseus the meal is ready for you" said Elena as she sat down at the table, Hercules stood up and rushed towards the table almost knocking Odysseus over.
"Careful Hercules, you almost squashed me" said Odysseus as he sat down at the table beside Hercules.
