Yes, I have. And you’ve described it perfectly—a person who felt like home, but was never meant to be the house I lived in. It’s a quiet kind of heartbreak, isn't it? To know them, to be awakened by them, and to still have to let them go. But I like to think that when they walk away, they don’t take that warmth with them. As you said They don't take the warmth with them but they leave small space in us, like a soft unspoken absence, may be not painful but something you notice in a quiet moments.

Maybe that's not a bad thing...
Maybe that small hole is actually a reminder of "How deeply we felt, how beautifully we connected".

On the positive side and if we are strong enough
It doesn't break us ... It shapes us.
