Sometimes the thing we notice first isn't actually the thing that tells us the most about someone.

Most of the times what we notice in first meet starts with external appearance. Frankly all 5 of the options you have written are noticeable ...

My order with reasoning
B - eyes speaks a lot, facial expressions tells the nature
A - if talking flat, no modulation, 99% times person has no enthusiasm
D - talking with voice modulation, sparking eyes and command over topic ... confidence
C - this may come much later but yes respecting others is what I personally respect
E - some unknowns which aren't listed. - outfit, handshake, habits like leaning, nodding and of course body shape if girl
