Sweet curd has different versions and almost every place of Bengal have their own versions. Also sweet curd's taste differs from one taste bud to another. Some like it rich some like a bit lighter taste. Though I love the rich lal misti doi
And I have a sweet tooth also. But if you want me to choose only one it will always be Nolen gur er payes..

However, I haven't had the luck to eat this yet. aar nolen gurer payes, ahhhhhhh delicious. ami chhoto belay nijer haate gachh theke kheur ros namatam. aar bachhorer protham protham gach theke namano roser gurer subas ekhono amar anubhuti te maw maw korche. thanks for chhoto belar kotha gulo mone koranor janyo
