An ominous sound echoed throughout that vast darkness of space creating fear amongst lifeforms throughout the galaxy, what was this sound you ask?. It was a message to a lonely warrior amongst the stars, the message was calling him throughout space and time, calling him to a single peaceful planet orbiting a blue sun, but after the lonely warrior arrived there he discovered something.
He had discovered that every species from across the universe was waiting there in their ship's in orbit above the planet, what is the planet's name you ask?. It's name is Kastralore, it's a smaller planet with it's surface covered in a thick layer of snow and tall mountains where fallen warriors lay in peace, the lonely warrior listened as the message repeated itself.
The message was from his own kind asking for help but he could do nothing, if he brought his people back into this universe a war would begin once again. The lonely warrior could not let that happen, he vowed to protect Kastralore from the other species surrounding the planet below, the lonely warrior had defeated them time and time again across and throughout time and space.
But what could he do besides protecting the planet, except maybe one thing, one terrible thing, the lonely warrior hated violence but sometimes there was no choice. He landed on the planet and protected the town where the message had been coming from, the multiple species in orbit began to invade Kastralore to try and prevent the return of the lonely warrior's people.
They failed time after time and the lonely warrior stopped them all as he protected the town and the source of the message. He protected the planet for three hundred years, he had become old but still defended the town with everything he had, then one day his deadliest enemy invaded Kastralore and unleashed hell upon the snowy town, the lonely warrior had had enough and climbed the clock tower until he reached the balcony at the top.
Once reaching the top he addressed his deadly enemy and warned them to leave while they had a chance, his enemy refused. His enemy were relentlessly determined to stop him and his people from returning to the prime universe no matter the cost, the lonely warrior stood there in silence unable to stop them, but suddenly a crack in the sky appeared and a golden light emerged from the darkness inside.
The golden light soared through the air towards the lonely warrior and then entered his body, the lonely warrior's hope grew as he became excited and suddenly energised. The crack in the sky vanished and the lonely warrior's hands and face began to glow in a golden colour as his body began to renew and regenerate itself, his people had sent the golden light to help him become strong once again.
The lonely warrior stretched his arms out wide on both sides and unleashed the golden light towards his enemies ships, the ships began to explode as the golden light ripped through them. Then moments later the golden light surrounded his head as it flowed through him, then seconds later he threw his head back and lifted his arms higher and unleashed an almighty blast of golden light into the night sky.
The golden light ripped through the enemy ships vaporising them as his body continued to renew itself as he regenerated, a shockwave tore through the air and passed through the village making the snow fall from the mountains. Then moments later everything had become silent as the lonely warrior stood there listening to the clock tower chime, the species in orbit flew away and retreated to their home world's.
Kastralore was safe now, safe from the invaders but the lonely warrior's people remained trapped in another dimension in another universe at least just for now. The lonely warrior had left the clock tower and stood outside his space-time ship as snow fell through the night sky blanketing the entire village more, he remained silent and she'd a single tear knowing he had failed his people.
But failure would not stop him, he became more determined than ever to bring his people back to the prime universe, determined to reach home after so very very long. After a few minutes he entered his ship and activated the engines, his ship faded in and out as it began to dematerialise and he continued on his adventures and eventually to his home, the long way around.
The End
