May 27th 4729: Destiny City
"BOOM!!" , a large explosion ripped through the old cathedral and shattered it's stained glass windows as a hooded man called Zephyr stood on the rooftops across the street. A cold expression on his face as he watched people on fire running out of the old cathedral , "this is just the beginning..." Thought Zephyr as he turned his back and leapt from one rooftop to another.
Meanwhile...
The news of the explosion at the cathedral had spread throughout the land , "another explosion , what is going on these day's" said Violetta as she turned the screen off. Violetta left her home and walked through the streets towards her favourite café , "I need a drink , I hope they have some aquaberry juice left" said Violetta as she walked around the street corner.
A few moments later she had arrived at Elena's café and stood in the queue , a couple of minutes later she asked Elena for some aquaberry juice and a caramel bun. "Thank you Elena" said Violetta as she handed her some money and then sat down by the window , Violetta sipped her aquaberry juice and then took a bite out of her caramel bun as people walked past the café.
A short time later she heard a loud noise coming from nearby , "what was that!?" She thought , Violetta finished her aquaberry juice and caramel bun and left Elena's café. She walked quickly through the streets as explosion's ripped through silver street , "oh no another explosion!" Thought Violetta as she stood at a safe distance and looked around , a few moments later she saw a hooded man standing on a rooftop.
"What the...who is that?" Thought Violetta , suddenly the man began to run across the rooftops as the old factory burned , Violetta decided to follow the hooded man as he leapt from one roof to another. Violetta followed him as fast as she could until he had suddenly vanished near the graveyard , "where did he go!? , it is a dead end here" thought Violetta as she caught her breath.
A few moments later she was grabbed from behind by the man , suddenly everything went dark as Violetta passed out in his arm's. An hour later she awoke to find herself strapped to a chair and her mouth gagged , a few moments later the hooded man stood in the shadows in front of her , he removed the tape from her mouth and began to interrogate her , "who are you? , why were you following me?" Said the man.
"My name is Violetta , I saw you run away from the explosion on silver street" said Violetta , "why follow me?" Said the hooded man. "I thought maybe you were the one responsible for the explosion" said Violetta , "you are mistaken , I am not responsible for the recent explosion's" said the hooded man , "who are you?" Asked Violetta , "hmm can I trust you" asked the hooded man.
"I won't tell anyone , you have my word" said Violetta , "hmm very well , my name is Zephyr , the explosion's were caused by a madman called Nekrizia" said Zephyr. "Why is he doing all this?" Asked Violetta , "he is trying to kill the league of knights here" said Zephyr , "the league of knights? , what is that?" Asked Violetta , "I am an assassin and the league of knights are others like me" said Zephyr.
"Hmm , so you are at war with this Nekrizia?" Said Violetta , "yes , the league of knights have disappeared , I am worried that I may be the only one left" said Zephyr. A few moments later Zephyr untied the straps and let Violetta go , "can I help you?" Asked Violetta , "hmm how are your combat skills?" Asked Zephyr , "I'm good with a sword and I always train often" said Violetta.
"In that case change into this robe , we have work to do" said Zephyr as he handed her a dark purple velvet hooded robe , a short time later Violetta had finished changing into her new robe. "Here is your new sword , it used to belong to master liolou" said Zephyr as he handed her the sword , "I shall take good care of it" said Violetta , Zephyr nodded and then packed some supplies into their bags.
"So where are we going first?" Asked Violetta , "we will search Destiny City first , Nekrizia is her somewhere at least for now" said Zephyr. "Then let's go before he attacks again!" Said Violetta , "let us head to the tyraza district first , that is most likely where we shall find him , one more thing...welcome to the league of knights" said Zephyr , a few minutes later Zephyr and Violetta left the building they were in and headed towards the tyraza district.
