Sam and Kal walked further into the passageway going deeper and deeper within the moon, "so many steps, it'll take ages to reach the bottom" said Kal. "Well I'm not in a rush, I have a feeling that there's something unpleasant down there waiting for us..." Said Sam, "or maybe there's nothing down there at all" said Kal, "well we'll find out one way or another soon enough" said Sam as he and Kal continued to walk deeper into passageway.
Meanwhile in the base...
Captain Cross, River, Vanessa and Zari continued to crawl through the ventilation ducts as they tried to get away from Lucifer. "Ugh it smells in here.." said Vanessa, "probably just a little fumes from the drill room" said Captain Cross, "stop!, what's that noise?" Said Zari, Captain Cross and the crew turned around and there in front of them was Lucifer, "he's found us!, go..go..go, quickly!" Said Captain Cross.
Captain Cross and the crew moved through the ventilation ducts fast as Lucifer followed them, "you cannot hide from me...I will catch you!" Said Lucifer. As Captain Cross and the crew continued to crawl through the ventilation ducts, River suddenly stopped, "River what are you doing!?" Said Captain Cross, "go on without me I'll try to buy you as much time as I can!" Said River.
A few moments later Captain Cross, Vanessa and Zari moved on without River and headed through the ventilation ducts towards the control room. "Alright Lucifer if you want to kill them you'll have to go through me!" Thought River as she turned around and headed towards Lucifer, a few minutes later Captain Cross, Vanessa and Zari had finally reached the control room and climbed out of the ventilation ducts.
"We made it!" Said Zari, "grab the guns and prime them" said Captain Cross, a moment later they grabbed the guns and primed them as Lucifer and River faced each other in the ventilation ducts. "Come on!" Said River as Lucifer moved towards her, moments later Lucifer and River fought in tight spaces of the ventilation ducts, after a few minutes a ear piercing screamed echoed throughout the ventilation ducts.
"River!" Said Zari, "alright get ready to fire" said Captain Cross, as river lay dead in the ventilation ducts, Lucifer made his way to the control room. Meanwhile in the passageway within the moon, Sam and Kal continued to head deeper and deeper unaware of the danger that lay ahead of them, "wait stop!, what's that noise?" Said Kal, "it sounds like chain's.." said Sam.
"I knew it...there is something down here!" Whispered Kal, Sam primed his gun as he and Kal moved slowly down the remaining steps. Back in the base...Lucifer emerged from the ventilation ducts, "OPEN FIRE!!" shouted Captain Cross, a moment later Captain Cross, Vanessa and Zari unleashed a hail of bullet's at Lucifer, suddenly Lucifer let out a loud unholy scream.
Then a moment later everything suddenly became silent as Lucifer fell down onto the floor, a few moments later a strange black mist came out of Jack's body and then vanished. "Ugh...has it left me..." Said Jack as he lay there in a pool of blood, "look, I'm think Lucifer left Jack's body.." said Zari, "Zari be careful don't get to close it could be a trap" said Captain Cross.
Zari reached out her hand towards Jack and then suddenly Jack grabbed Zari by her neck and his eyes glowed red, a moment later "crack!!"...Jack broke Zari's neck and killed her. "Fire!" Said Captain Cross, a moment later Captain Cross and Vanessa fired their guns, Jack's body now full of bullet holes, Vanessa moved a little closer then fired one shot, "bang!".
Vanessa shot Jack in the head, moments later Jack's body burst into flames and then turned into a pile of ash in front of Vanessa and Captain Cross. "More death...I'm tired of losing people... friends.." said Captain Cross, "hopefully Sam and Kal are still alive down there within the moon" said Vanessa, "I hope so.." said Captain Cross as he sat down by the monitor.
Captain's Diary Entry 7: Doctor River Rosewater and Science Officer Zari Al-Kalal deceased with honours, we lost two more of our crew today and I won't let anyone else die. I'll do whatever I have to to keep the rest of us alive, hopefully Sam and our travelling visitor Kal are still alive. End of Diary Entry.
Pilot's Diary Entry 3: I hope Sam is ok down there within the moon whilst he's exploring, I never got a chance to tell him that I love him. Maybe he'll come back to me, all I can do is hope and wait that he does. End of Diary Entry.
Meanwhile in the deepest depths of Korsair...
Sam and Kal had finally reached the end of the passageway and found themselves in a large room, there in front of them was a giant beast with two horns, pitch black eyes and sharp nail's. "It's him..." Said Kal, "Lucifer!" Said Sam as he pointed his gun at the beast in front of them.
