Epic Legend
After Odysseus and Athena had rested for a while they packed up their camp and travelled onwards until they reached the lake , "which way should we go" said Odysseus , Athena closed her eyes for a moment as she decided and said "let us travel east , towards the sea". Odysseus nodded in agreement and a few moments later they travelled eastwards to the coast , they walked past the fields and through the canyon until they saw the sea ahead of them.
"Not far now , we're almost there" said Odysseus , Athena and Odysseus walked onwards a little longer until they reached the beach , just as they had arrived at the beach and eagle flew straight towards them. "That eagle is coming straight for us" said Odysseus , the eagle landed on the beach and then suddenly a burst of white light flashed in front of them as the eagle transformed into a man , "father! , why she you disguise yourself , you could have just stayed as you are" said Athena.
Zeus raised an eyebrow and then laughed , "I thought it would be fun to see the look on your face" said Zeus as he smiled at her , Athena placed her face in her palm for a moment and shook her head a little. Moments later Athena asked her father Zeus what he wanted , "I came to warn you and Odysseus" said Zeus , "warn us about what?" Asked Odysseus , "beware the high priestess" said Zeus , moments later Zeus vanished in a flash of light.
"Hmm strange" said Athena , "I don't know of any high priestess" said Odysseus , Athena and Odysseus walked across the beach and found a abandoned ship anchored by the shore. Zeus's warning played on their minds as they climbed aboard the ship and sailed across the clear blue sea as it shimmered beneath the sun , they sailed on for hours until they reached an island surrounded by some mist , Athena and Odysseus saw another ship anchored by the shore.
They anchored their ship then climbed down and walked onto the beach , " there does not seem to be anyone around" said Athena , "let us draw our swords and keep our wits sharp" said Odysseus. Moments later they walked further into the mist as the crows cawed and the trees creaked , they walked onwards a short while until they heard a sound coming from somewhere close by , suddenly a man burst out of nowhere and fell to the ground in front of them.
"Who are you?" Said Odysseus as he pointed his sword at the man , "my name is Jason" said the man , "is that your ship anchored by the shore" said Athena , Jason nodded then got up off the ground and drew his sword. "She's coming for me" said Jason , "who is coming for you" said Athena , "my wife Medea" said Jason , "why is she coming for you" asked Odysseus , "I fell in love with another woman and now Medea is trying to kill me" said Jason.
Odysseus, Athena and Jason started to walk through the mist back to the shore where their ships were , when they arrived at the shore they saw a woman in black robes with her skin painted gold standing there. "Who are you?" Asked Athena , the woman said "I am the high priestess Medea" , Athena, Odysseus and Jason backed away and held their swords tight , "she's the one Zeus warned us about" whispered Odysseus , "Jason...are you prepared to die.." said Medea in a sinister tone of voice.
Moments later a group of demon's appeared by Medea's side and screeched , "we'll be stuck here unless we defeat her.." said Odysseus , "then we must defeat her" said Athena...
