After they ejected the pod that had Amadeus's body in it out into the sea the crew held a toast to honour him, the crew raised their glasses up. "May Amadeus rest in peace" said Sam, "for Amadeus" said the crew, after a couple of drinks Hex, Will and Morgan went to their sleeping quarters to rest, "I'm not tired yet, would you like to join me at the observation room" asked Sam.
"Yes Captain" said Vanessa, a few moments later Sam and Vanessa took a slow walk towards the observation room, after several minutes they had arrived at the room and walked inside. "Don't switch the light on, it's a better view in when it's dark" said Sam as he placed his hand on her shoulder, "computer open the window cover's" said Sam, "yes Captain" said the computer.
A moment later the window cover's began to open revealing the view outside the base, Sam and Vanessa stood beside the window's as the cover's became fully opened. "It's so beautiful out there" said Vanessa as small glowing fish swam past the window and plant's swayed in the current, "Amadeus liked coming here to the observation room" said Sam, "I can see why" said Vanessa.
Sam moved a little closer towards her and pointed at something outside the window, "look over there" said Sam, "what is it?" Vanessa asked. "It's an anglerfish" said Sam, "it's not the best looking fish I've seen but I like the glowing part of it's body" said Vanessa, Sam laughed a little then smiled at her, "Amadeus liked to watch jellyfish swimming around" said Sam.
Vanessa looked at Sam and then took his hand and held it as they watched the plants and fish glowing, "What's that over there beside the kelp?" Asked Vanessa. "Hmm I'm not sure, I can't see it properly it's to dark" said Sam, they moved closer towards the window and looked closer, Sam and Vanessa continued to watch as something floated towards the base, "it's just a piece of debris from the base" said Sam.
"Did someone's happen before I joined the crew?" Asked Vanessa, "just a small accident a few weeks before you arrived" said Sam. "Well as long as everything is ok now" said Vanessa, "yes everything is fixed now" said Sam, "would you like to join me in my room for a drink?" Asked Vanessa, "what have you got?" Asked Sam, "well I brought some hot chocolate with me" said Vanessa.
Sam's eyes widened a little, "chocolate!, I haven't had hot chocolate for a long while, I'll join you" said Sam, a few moments later Sam told the computer to close the window cover's. Sam and Vanessa left the observation room, and walked towards her sleeping quarters for some hot chocolate, a few minutes later they arrived at her sleeping quarters and walked inside.
Sam switched the light on and then sat down as Vanessa made them some hot chocolate, "here you go Sam" said Vanessa as she handed him a mug of hot chocolate. As they took a sip of hot chocolate the light's in the room flickered, "how often do the bases light's flicker?" Asked Vanessa, "hmm I'm not sure, maybe a few days before you arrived here" said Sam, "we should check the system tomorrow and see if we can fix it" said Vanessa.
"Good idea" said Sam as Vanessa grabbed a marshmallow and dipped it into her hot chocolate, "splash" Vanessa dropped the marshmallow into her hot chocolate and put her finger in to try and get it out. Sam picked up a spoon and said "let me help you", a moment later Sam used the spoon to get the marshmallow out of the cup, "don't eat my marshmallow" said Vanessa as she raised an eyebrow.
The suddenly Sam had an Idea and took the marshmallow off the spoon and held it between his fingers, he moved his hand towards Vanessa as she opened her mouth. A moment later she bit onto the marshmallow and took it into her mouth and slowly ate it, several seconds later she had finished eating the marshmallow and said"mm that tasted so good".
Vanessa looked at Sam as she put her hkt chocolate covered finger into her mouth, Sam watched as Vanessa slowly and gently sucked the hot chocolate off her finger. Sam adjusted his shirt collar a little then drank some of his hot chocolate, Vanessa drank some of her hot chocolate then put the mug down, "you have a little hot chocolate on your lips" said Sam as he put his mug of hot chocolate down.
Vanessa slowly licked the hot chocolate off her lips almost seductively, "hmm she's either teasing me or really enjoying that hot chocolate" thought Sam. Vanessa and Sam finished their hot chocolate and then sat on the sofa, Vanessa moved closer towards him and placed her hand on his thigh, "let's have some music on" said Vanessa as Sam rubbed his eye a little.
"Do you have any Greek music?" Asked Sam, "yes of course I have" Said Vanessa as she smiled at him, a few moments later some greek music began to play and filled the room. "Greek food is being served for dinner tomorrow" said Vanessa, "mmm I love Greek food" said Sam as Vanessa made herself more comfortable.
