Bugs Text messages needs to be sent twice for the reciever to recieve

I don’t know if it is just for me or everyone else (if anyone faces the same situation please respond), most often when i text someone on the chat room the receiver is not receiving my text at the first message but right after i sent the same message again they can get the text
