Hey people! I found this interesting today. Basically tautogram is a form of poetry where every word in a line begins with the same letter. To get a better understanding I will give you an example.

Here it goes:

Kantilo kunukuleka
(కంటిలో కునుకులేక)

Kshanakshanam kumuluthunna
(క్షణక్షణం కుములుతున్న)

Kavilo kalavai kalalani kaapaadinaave
(కవిలో కళవై కలలని కాపాడినావే)

Kalavaalanukunna kala
kalavaneeyadhaaye
(కలవాలనుకున్న కళ కలవనీయదాయె)

Kanumooseloga kougilinchukoradhe!
(కనుమూసేలోగా కౌగిలించుకోరాదే!)​

This poem is the poet's grief over the loss of his beloved wife.
The meaning is:

Nuvvu leka kantilo kunuke ledhu, kanumooseloga okkasari aiyna thirigi vachi kougilinchukovaa!

(I am unable to sleep without your presence. Before I die, please comeback and hug me once again)
