"GET DOWN!" Shouted Zero as a hail of laser's battered the energy shield surrounding the trenches , "return fire!" Ordered Zero as he aimed his gun at the enemy soldiers and unleashed a barrage of lasers blasts. Laser's slew through the air as explosions rocked the battlefield of Arcadia , bodies fell into the dust and debris as a low level sandstorm swept across the battlefield , "Captain Echo bring out the terra cannon" said zero as he opened fire on the enemy.
A few moments later Echo put the terra cannon into position and aimed it at the enemy base , "fire on my command Captain" said Zero as he shit down a few enemy soldiers. "Open fire Captain!!" Shouted Zero as he took cover , Echo pulled the trigger and unleashed hell on their enemies , enormous blasts of neutronic energy flew through the air and smashed into the enemy base , Zero watched as the enemy base exploded in front of him.
The explosions rocked the ground as they ripped through the enemy base , "KABOOM" ... the enemy base shattered into pieces as smoke filled the rubble and the bodies of enemy soldiers caught fire. The smell of death filled the air as Zero and his crew emerged from the trenches and stood on the battlefield victorious , they walked amongst the dead looking for enemies that had survived , they found a handful of enemy soldiers that had survived the battle and executed them on the spot.
A short time later...
Zero and Echo gathered their soldiers and boarded their spaceship , "damn , that battlefield was hell , remind me never to come back to Arcadia" said Zero as his crew cleaned themselves up and went back to their work stations. "We did good though , those Erellian's were a fierce enemy that's for sure" said Echo as she ran her fingers through her long brown hair , a few minutes later Zero and Echo headed to the locker room and got out of their battle uniforms.
"Ugh might take a while to get rid of the smell of smoke from our battle uniforms" said Zero as he coughed a little , a few moments later Zero and Echo unzipped their battle uniforms and slipped them off. "You can use the shower first Echo" said Zero as he turned on the sink tap and washed the blood off his face , "thanks , I won't take long" said Echo as she entered the shower , Zero sat down and looked around the locker room and waited as Echo showered.
He couldn't help but to take a look in her direction , he saw her hourglass shaped body through the steam covered glass and began to think to himself. "Damn Echo is so perfect , I'd do anything to have her , we'd be invincible together" thought Zero as he tried to look away , a few minutes later Echo stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around herself , "the shower is all yours" said Echo as she smiled at him , a moment later Zero entered the shower and cleaned himself thoroughly and tried to get rid of the smell of smoke.
"I should have had a cold shower...oh well" said Zero as he laughed at himself a little and continued to shower..
