If your daily driving route is good (in terms of road quality) go for Destiny..... it has upper hand on Activa.
if type of distance is kinda not good. Take Activa. Good wheel base , ground clearance is also good.

Destini is better in terms of
1. It's air cooled engine.. Compared to fan cooled
2. Destini has a 9.1 ps compared to activas 7.2 which means the engine v is more powerful and can pull heavier loads also the max is achieved in 7000rpm which is 1000 less rpms of the activa.
So, depending on v your need I should suggest destini
