Does Acupressure really work?, I doubt
Does application manual pressure with the fingertips to specific points on the body will release any natural pain relieving chemicals in the body or it may somehow influence the central nervous system

As that works, we have pressure points in our points as our nervous system is most amazingly connected to all the body parts from tip to toe, so the pressure points works accordingly as they r interlined...
The same way how we use mudhras...
