Hey peeps I'm here with some really important topic to speak on......
"Procastination."
People who don't know what that is lemme tell you before you Google it...hehe! Basically procastination means slowing down or intentionally delaying some task that should be done. Look everyone feel lethargic that doens't mean we delay things that are for our own sake.
*Overcoming procrastination can be challenging, but with consistent effort and the right strategies, you can develop better habits and increase your productivity.
Here are some basic ways to overcome it.
1)Recognize That You're Procrastinating and accept it.
2)Work Out WHY You're Procrastinating.
Generally, why would you procastinate....because it's unpleasant or boring.
>Poor organisation of things leads to it,so have a clear picture on what are u duin'to do it perfectly.
3)Adopt Anti-Procrastination Strategies:
such as,
>Forgive you're self for being procastinated
>Apply focus on performing a task, not avoiding.
>Promise a reward when u finish it.
>Ask someone to check on you so that fear builds up hehe.
>The main one, cut all the distractions.(seriously)
>Make a to-do list for the day and stick to it, making it a priority.
>Manage ur time.
Remember, overcoming procrastination is a gradual process. It requires consistent effort and self-discipline. Be persistent and keep trying different strategies until you find what works best for you.
