May I know the reason for my post or posts getting deleted. Reason received is spam. What's the meaning of spam with my post?

Is posting profile updates spam? Is there a specific number of how many should posted per day or such?

U can post 3 to 4 profile posts per day only. Each post should have 2 to 3 hrs time gap at least. If u keep posting continuously, it's marked as spam and ur posts will be deleted.
