Are you referring to the ways the media misleads us or the subjects on which it has misled us? If you're talking about the simplest method, it would be to just present the other viewpoint while excluding material that could harm the narrative. If you talk about how the media has influenced us, there are many things that https://yoyomedia.com/ suggest. One that immediately springs to me is that Kellogg' claim that "Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day" is untrue. It's not like when cavemen got up, there was food waiting for them in the refrigerator. I'm fine with not eating breakfast.
