As Scarlet and Salazar walked towards the lighthouse of Alexandria they saw the bright light shining around it , they walked down to stairs towards the dock and climbed aboard the ship. They sailed away from Alexandria as the light from the lighthouse shone past them , they sailed north through the rough waves as the sea glimmered beneath the golden glow of the sun , a couple of days later they saw land ahead of them , suddenly a wave hit the ship hard and filled the deck with water.
Salazar and Scarlet picked up their bags and tried to keep the ship afloat , water flooded the deck of the ship as they got closer and closer to land , they made it to the dock just in time. Moments after they climbed off and stood on the dock the ship had sunk , "looks like we're stuck here for now" said Salazar , "where are we" said Scarlet as they looked around , they saw a few large temples standing tall around the city and a large market further down the street.
Statues stood all around the city around them as they walked onwards , "I know this place , I've been here before , welcome to the city of Athens" said Salazar. Scarlet and Salazar walked through the market and sold a few items and used the money to buy supplies , later that day the has left Athens behind and headed out into the wilderness , as they walked across the rocky terrain and through the forest they suddenly heard a noise , Salazar drew his sword and gave Scarlet his dagger to defend herself , moments later a lion burst out of the trees and attacked them.
The lion jumped onto Salazar and tried to dig it's razor sharp claws into his flesh , Salazar wrestled the lion as Scarlet stood there in fear , Salazar hit the lion's nose and asked Scarlet to help him. Scarlet gripped the dagger firmly then suddenly the lion leapt towards her , Scarlet closed her eyes then moments later she heard a roar , the lion barely able to stand as the dagger stuck into it's chest , Salazar moved quickly and grabbed his sword , the lion's blood dripped onto the ground as Salazar moved closer.
Salazar lifted his sword in the air "don't look" he said , Scarlet turned around and looked away as Salazar thrust his blade down , a few minutes later Salazar stood next to Scarlet and put the sword away and then handed her the dagger. "Keep this dagger , it will keep you safe" said Salazar , Scarlet put the dagger in her bag and a few mins later they travelled onwards through the forest as the sun began to set...
