As Melody walked onwards towards the place where the gathering was being held she saw a man in a white suit acting a little strangely. She followed the man in the white suit until he had reached an old looking building , "hmm I wonder what he is up to" Melody thought as the man stood there , a few minutes later another man had appeared and began talking to him.
"The new lieutenant is here , he is waiting for us inside the building across the street" said the man , "then we must not keep him waiting Nabil" said the man in the white suit. "Let us go quickly Christophe" said Nabil , a few moments later they began to cross the road towards the building across the street , Melody followed them from a safe distance as to not be detected.
A few minutes later Melody had followed them inside the old building and stayed amongst the shadows as Nabil and Christophe met with a few other members of the Order of Romanus. "So where is our new lieutenant?" Said Christophe as he reached into his pocket and took out a cigar then lit it , "he shall be here momentarily , he is in the next room doing business" said one of the members of the order.
Christophe adjusted his beret as he blew cigar smoke and sighed , several moments later footsteps echoed through the hall as the order's new lieutenant approached them. "I am glad you made it on time.." said the lieutenant , "so what is our next move?" Asked Nabil , "simple...our next move is to attack the Maharaja's palace" said the lieutenant , "why?" Asked Nabil as Christophe continued to smoke his cigar.
"It is simple , there is an artifact hidden at the palace there" said the lieutenant , "are you mad!? , attacking the palace would be a grave mistake!" Said Nabil. Suddenly the lieutenant pulled out his gun and fired it , Nabil fell to the floor and a pool of blood began to form , "would anyone else like to question my plan??" Said the lieutenant , moments later the lieutenant told the others to dispose of Nabil's body and then left the old building.
Christophe brushed his moustache with his fingertips and put his cigar out , "now's my chance" thought Melody a she moved closer. Seconds later she threw a smoke bomb onto the floor , red smoke filled the hall blinding Christophe and the other members of the order , a moment later Melody burst out of the shadows fast and drew her dagger then attacked them.
Melody thrust her dagger and hidden blade into each of the members of the order killing them until only Christophe was left. "I cannot see..who are you.." said Christophe , then suddenly Melody grabbed him from behind and pressed her dagger against his neck , "ok...tell me everything or I shall kill you" said Melody , "I know nothing...." Said Christophe , "wrong answer" said Melody , a second later she cut Christophe's throat and blood sprayed across his white suit.
Melody kneeled down and went through his pockets , "ugh what is that smell..." said Melody as she continued to search his pockets. "Why is there cheese in his pocket!?...how strange" thought Melody , a moment later she took out a folded piece of paper and opened it , "ugh..nothing useful" said Melody , a few minutes later she left the building and walked onwards through the streets.
"I must stop the Order of Romanus from attacking the Maharaja's palace!" Said Melody as she walked faster , she asked the citizen's where she could find the Maharaja's palace. "The palace is is at the center of the city" said the woman in a red dress as she pointed her towards the right direction , Melody thanked the woman and walked onwards as fast as she could towards the center of the city.
Eventually she had finally reached the center of the city and saw the Maharaja's palace standing tall and casting a shadow over the smaller buildings. "Oh no...they are already here!" Said Melody as she saw the lieutenant and a group of members of the order standing outside the Maharaja's palace , "are you ready men?" The lieutenant asked , "yes sir!" Said the group of men.
The group of men attacked the palace guard's as the lieutenant entered the palace grounds , Melody moved fast and followed the lieutenant into the palace grounds. "I must stop him!" She thought as the group of men killed the palace guard's , a few minutes later the group of men entered the palace grounds and rejoined the lieutenant as Melody stayed out of sight and followed them.
