I have seen many people who talk idealism but in reality they behave very differently. Are they cheaters? Not at all. What they talk is how it should be, what they behave is need of the hour, need to be practical.
When at work, ideally everything should be perfect. There should't be any discrimination, all should be treated equal etc etc ... so many rules laid down by company's HR framework. But practically all are never equal, some are intelligent who goes beyond assigned work, some are focused on given job. Essentially both are required for organisation but who gives more gets more.
Same is the case in life, let be any relationship .. who invests more in relation gets more from other side. We all are calculating this in our mind knowingly or unknowingly. But we don't, generally, tell a friend that you are no longer required in my life (ideally we told them many times in our mind).
There is hell lot idealistic approach in my mind all the time but it's frustrating that none of it can be real. So, I prefer to read more practical ... though I am Mr Dream, though I write shayari ... I am not at all dreamy about life. I hope to be most practical in my writing also.
