Is this happening only with me or it's a bug/glitch.....I can't post image,gifs,comments or any other thing ....these options are not showing to me(attached a file regarding this)!!.... I can only type in normal fonts, can't change the colour of fonts or even font styles.

Requesting to managements @JUPITER @Somaiya Karn or any experienced user to help me.....to figure out this problem...
