Where can I find the option change the description below my name I don't see it anywhere in account details/preferences?

No, you can’t. Message admins stating what name want or tag line ! They will change it for you.

this is why you should follow a staff members advice. Go into your account details. Click your profile, then under that is account details. Scroll down past the background banner and its right there under custom title.

However, I don't see the option "Custom Title" at all. Unless, I am missing something here.

You still needed sometime that option will be shown only for pro users , i remembered well You still a bee badge user tbh that's why the option is not showing.
