Hours later Odysseus woke up..."where am I" he said and saw he was inside a cave , suddenly he heard a sound coming closer and closer , "where's my sword" thought Odysseus. Odysseus crawled across the cave floor and saw his sword leaning against the cave wall , he continued to crawl across the cave floor and grabbed his sword , moments later something grabbed his leg and dragged him outside , Odysseus turned around and saw a bear , he swung his sword around and hit the bear wounding it.
The bear ran away towards the pine forest and then suddenly Odysseus heard the singing again , Odysseus quickly ripped two small pieces of fabric off his tunic and placed them in his ears. Odysseus saw something flying towards him , it came closer and closer and then saw it , "a siren , it must've brought me here" said Odysseus , the siren flew straight towards Odysseus and attacked him , Odysseus's sword clashed against the siren's talons.
The siren kept attacking Odysseus as he moved backwards towards the cave entrance , he saw his shield laying there next to a bush and slowly moved towards it. Odysseus swung his sword and cut the siren's leg and knocked her to the ground , he swiftly leaned over and picked up his shield and held it up , the siren stood up and flew towards Odysseus again...her claws scratching against his shield , Odysseus held his ground and thrust his sword through the siren's chest killing her instantly.
Moments later he sat down on the sandy beach and took a few breaths as he regained his strength , several minutes later Odysseus walked into the cave and picked up his bag and drank a little water. Odysseus walked across the beach as the light shone high in the sky then suddenly he heard a noise , he stood still and looked at the sea and saw a large sphere of water rise from the depths , the water sphere moved closer towards him and became clearer and he saw a man inside it.
"Oh no it's you again..." Said Odysseus , suddenly the man talked , "yes it is I Poseidon , god of the sea" he said , the water sphere disappeared as Poseidon stepped onto the beach and gripped his trident firmly. Odysseus quickly drew his sword and held his shield , Odysseus and Poseidon stared at each other and circled each other , "let us put an end to this feud once and for all" said Odysseus as they held their weapons tighter...
