Odysseus and Athena walked across the old battlefield and past the skeletons of fallen warriors towards the fortress , they walked inside the old battle damaged fortress and looked around. Odysseus and Athena held their weapons as the flags and banners rippled in the wind , suddenly a burst of yellow light flashed in front of them and a slim old looking man with a beard appeared , "I am Avros , how dare you enter my fortress" he said , Avros gripped his staff firmly and fired a blast of dark magic towards them.
Athena and Odysseus dodged the blast of dark magic and then ran towards Avros , suddenly a yellow light shield appeared in front of him , Odysseus couldn't stop himself in time and ran straight into the light shield. Odysseus bounced off the light shield and was sent through to air and then landed against the ground hard , Athena's eyes and hands glowed gold as power surged through her and then unleashed an almighty blast of red and gold energy , the energy blast shattered Avros's light shield and hit him hard.
Avros flew through the air and slammed against the fortress wall , Athena picked up his staff and snapped it in half and burned it into ash , Odysseus slowly crawled against the ground and picked up his sword and then moved towards a wall and sat there for a moment. Athena walked over towards Odysseus and helped him to his feet , suddenly Avros was running towards them as he pulled out a dagger , Odysseus moved Athena out of the way and thrust his sword straight through Avros's gut , Avros fell to his knees as his blood dripped onto the stony ground.
Odysseus pulled his sword out of him and then continued to look around the fortress for a while with Athena but found nothing of interest , Odysseus and Athena left the fortress and walked through the old battlefield back towards the valley. They stood by the monolith and waited for his crew.....meanwhile at the temple's of Aphrodite and Apollo Half of Odysseus's men searched the temple's for clues , Axos one of Odysseus's men said "I've found something" , a few of the other men walked over to him and saw Axos was holding a map , "we should take this back to Odysseus" said Axos.
Moments later Axos and the other few men left the temple's of Aphrodite and Apollo and headed back towards the valley , some time later Axos and the other few men had arrived at the monolith and handed the map over to Odysseus. Odysseus grabbed the other map and then suddenly the two maps glowed and fused together to create a bigger map and revealed new areas , "the other men should have come back here by now" said Athena , Odysseus nodded in agreement , Athena , Odysseus and the few men travelled towards the canyon as they grew concerned , a couple of hours later they had arrived at the canyon and saw blood all over the stones...
