Odysseus and his crew continued to follow the river for a while until they reached a familiar place , "we're back at the lake" said Odysseus , "welcome back friends , what brings you back here" asked Adenia , "we got lost in the mist and found ourselves back where we started" said Odysseus. "I can help you , travel northwest from here and you will find a village" said Adenia , Odysseus thanked Adenia and said goodbye and then headed northwest towards the village Adenia had mentioned.
Odysseus and his men walked through the dark pine forest for a few hours until they finally reached the village , they walked around the village as the villagers were celebrating the festival of Artemis. Odysseus and his men joined in with the celebrations , flags moved in the wind as music filled the air , Odysseus's men joined in the wrestling competition as Odysseus's himself sat at the table and watched as he joined the feast , he watched his men wrestling each other as he ate some bread and olives and drank some wine.
Odysseus and his crew stayed in the village for a while as the festival of Artemis continued , Odysseus asked a villager for directions to anywhere of interest , "there's a temple on the hills just beyond the village" said the villager. Odysseus thanked the villager and gathered his men , "ok men time to move onwards" said Odysseus , Odysseus and his crew walked out of the village and through the fields and towards the hills , half an hour later Odysseus and his men reached the hills and walked up to the temple.
They stood outside the temple for a moment and then walked inside , suddenly the torches around the temple wall were blown out and everything became silent , "arm yourselves men , something is coming" , Odysseus and his crew drew their weapons and stood there as a figure started to appear in the shadows...
