K and I went with the red haired woman to the nearest taverna to get something to eat as the sun shone bright in the clear blue sky. The woman with red hair told us her name but I shall refer to her as M, anyways K, M and myself sat outside the taverna and had a few cold drinks and some of the local Greek food as we talked, M had told us that she was in Greece visiting a friend.
After talking for a little while, K and I had to attend to business as I had a contract to fulfill, M thanked me again for saving her from the group of far eastern men and then we parted ways. Later that same day around 14:00 pm K and I were at our hotel room, I changed into the black robe K had given me for my birthday and grabbed my weapon's and tools.
I kissed her and said goodbye and left K to rest for a short while, I travelled through the city in search of my latest target and found myself at some ruins near the coast. When I arrived there I had found my target, a woman with green hair wearing sunglasses, I thought to myself why is she wearing sunglasses in the shade, it didn't take me long to find out the answer.
Athena had appeared by my side and told me about the woman with green hair, she told me her name was Medusa and that one look at her eyes could kill. Athena told me that Medusa's gaze could turn any living thing into stone so I had to be even more careful and cautious than usual, moments later Athena had vanished but I knew she would always be with me.
Whilst I was at the ruins scoping out my target Medusa, K was resting in our room as the sun continued to shine, little did either of us know that she was about to be abducted by an old enemy of mine. Whilst K was being abducted, I was leapt into action and battled Medusa, I made sure not to look at Medusa's face no matter how much she tried to make me, it was hard to resist her but somehow I was able to.
Of course I wanted to see Medusa's face, I had heard people say that she was once a beautiful woman before my beloved Athena cursed her. What happened to Medusa was her own fault, she should never have insulted my goddess Athena, anyway Medusa and I battled fiercely as I continued to avoid her deadly gaze, I reached into my pocket and threw a smoke bomb to conceal myself.
I moved quickly and vanished from Medusa's sight, Medusa looked all around her but did not see me crouching upon the roof of the ruined temple behind her. Then I seized the moment and leapt from the roof and down towards Medusa, I swung my sword towards her and then "slash!!", my sword sliced through her neck and severed her head from her body, Medusa's head fell to the ground as her acidic blood sprayed across the stone and sand.
Moments later her body had turned into a puddle of bubbling acid and began to glow, I watched closely and stepped back as something began to take shape. Moments later a pure white coloured winged horse appeared in front of me, it was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen, I named the winged horse Pegasus and patted it's head and fed it an apple that I had in my bag.
Pegasus and I had become friends from that moment on, Pegasus stretched out his wings and launched himself into the sky. I watched him soaring through the sky in amazement not realising yet that K had been abducted, a short time later Pegasus and I parted ways at least for now and then I went back to the hotel room, when I arrived at the hotel room I had discovered a letter saying K had been abducted by my old enemy.
The battle against Medusa had tired me a little but I had to find K before my enemy could harm her, I knew exactly where to find him and I went straight there. I found myself standing amongst the shadows of a large building just north of the city, the courtyard was suspiciously silent and there were no guard's around, I thought to myself for a moment, my enemy must be working alone this time.
Then suddenly I heard a scream coming from somewhere nearby, it must have been K, I ran fast like lightning and silently as a ghost as I searched the courtyard. I heard another scream but this time it was coming from inside the building, I went inside and began my search for my enemy, eventually I had found my enemy waiting for me in the tower room.
He had K in his arm's and a dagger pressing against her back, I demanded him to let her go but he refused unless I gave him what he wanted. I asked him what he wanted and then he said he wanted me, he wanted revenge for the death of his brother, I should mention that I killed his brother a long time ago, it was another contract I had to fulfill and justice was served.
His brother was an evil man, he tortured men and imprisoned women all in the name of fun, he was a twisted and demented man and he deserved death. I agreed to my enemy's request and he let K go, she ran past me and then stood behind me, I told her to wait outside whilst I dealt with this man, a few moments later my enemy and I battled in the tower room.
He was stronger than me but I was faster than him, I dodged his attacks and slashed at his armour, my blade tore through his armour easily and cut his flesh. The sight of his own blood enraged him and he went into a frenzy, he thrust his dagger towards me and was able to land a blow, even though I moved fast it wasn't fast enough, I fell to my knees as he moved closer.
Then suddenly K ran into the tower room and saw me on my knees, I told her to stay back as I held a hand over my wound. My enemy came closer and then thrust his dagger towards me, I gathered all the strength I had and moved fast, I rolled behind my enemy and then twirled my sword in my hand and then thrust it into his back, my sword impaled my enemy and I twisted the blade inside him to inflict maximum damage.
My sword tore through his vital organs as blood dripped onto the stone floor, moments later I pulled my sword out of him and I rushed over towards me. I'm not sure what happened next as I blacked out, several hours later I awoke to find myself in the bed at the hotel room with K by my side, K must have brought me back to the hotel room after I had blacked out after killing my enemy.
She told me not to move until I had recovered enough, fortunately the injury wasn't serious and I soon recovered, after a few days or so K and I had returned home for some much needed rest.
