April 12th...
I had to leave her today and hunt down my next target, the contract seemed relatively simple at first but that's not how it turned out. My target was another war criminal in the northeast, a land of coldness and smoke awaited me but I would get the target, my target was a very disturbing and paranoid man who believes in purity and control, outsider's are forbidden to enter the country but that's not going to stop me from completing my mission.
April 13th..
It's freezing here but fortunately the cold weather doesn't bother me at all, I had located my target, he is hiding out in His palace like a coward. Security is heavy but I had already prepared in advance and found a way to get inside, the guy is so paranoid he even had guard's posted right outside his spa room, as usual I moved silently like a shadow and got inside the palace and began my search.
After maybe ten minutes I had located my target, I had found him in his office by his desk, I watched from the shadows and waited until I could make a move. Eventually the man went out onto the balcony and I took my chance and struck from the shadows, I thrust my hidden blade into his spine and then tore the flag off the wall beside me and used it to to strangle the man.
I stood there in silence as I pulled the flag tighter and tighter around his neck, but then suddenly he was able to land a blow against my abdomen and then tried to escape. I moved fast like lightning and grabbed the bastard from behind and wrapped my arms around his head and neck, then "crack!" A matter of seconds later I had snapped his neck like it was a fragile stick.
My mission was complete so all I had to do was to escape the palace and the compound, a few minutes after I escaped the palace, the bells began to ring. They had discovered the man's body and guard's swarmed the compound, I was completely surrounded but fortunately they were to stupid to look up at the rooftops, I crouched there upon a roof and looked around for a way out.
Then suddenly I had seen something, there was a cart full of hay just outside the perimeter wall, "that's a long way down" I thought to myself. This was going to be a higher jump than I had ever done before but I had no choice, I had to take a leap of faith, I breathed slowly and closed my eyes for a moment and felt the cold wind brush against my skin, then I opened my eyes and stood up.
I stretched my arms out to the side and then jumped from the roof, I fell through the air for what seemed like an eternity, hoping I wouldn't miss the cart of hay below. As I continued to fall all I could think about was her standing in the flower meadow's and smiling as the golden sun shone over her, then "clump!", I had landed safely in the cart filled with hay and made my escape undetected.
May 4th..
A few weeks had passed since the last mission and now I was back with her once again, I shall not reveal her true name so I shall call her K for privacy reasons. K and I had spent another hot exhilarating night together and it continued throughout the day, the more she wanted me the more I wanted her, she knows how to please a man and satisfy him properly.
Then it happened, my goddess Athena had come to see me, she wanted my assistance to eradicate her enemy, of course I couldn't refuse her, I gladly accepted her request but the mission was far more dangerous than I expected.
May 9th..
I had to leave K behind once again but she understands I have my work to do, but still I don't know why she stays with me knowing what I do. Sometimes I wonder what she thinks of when she's thinking about me, she may be older than me but I don't care, I wouldn't change anything and I want her still.
May 11th..
I travelled to the southeast and located my next target, I couldn't believe it when I saw who my target was, how the hell was I supposed to kill a god. Then Athena appeared to me once again and gave me a weapon of divine creation, a weapon of the god's themselves, the sword was light and the blade could cut through anything as I discovered when I swung it at a chunk of marble.
The sword had cut cleanly straight through the marble like it was nothing, blessed by Athena I was ready to fight the god, I couldn't use stealth this time. All I had was wisdom, something Athena and I have in common, Athena admired me, loved me, but we were forbidden to be anything more than friends, anyway I used my wisdom and battled the god, if I could defeat the god I would become a legend, a hero.
The battle was fierce but somehow I was able to keep up with the god, he used everything he could to try and kill me but failed. His failure to kill me only enraged him further, I kept my nerve and remained calm as we continued to battle amongst the rubble and dust, then it happened....my sword had collided against the god's arm, then I thought to myself "so, a god can bleed...if he can bleed then he can be killed!".
Blood dripped onto the ground as I kept attacking the god with everything I had, after a long battle I ran up onto a rooftop to get out of the god's reach. However things did not go according to plan, the god flew through the air towards them I realised that there was only one thing I could do...I had to jump!, I leapt from the roof and somersaulted over and behind the god and then struck him with my divine sword.
I had thrust my sword through the air sliced through the god's neck, his head fell from his shoulders as I landed safely on the ground amongst the debris. The god had fallen and his tyranny over the city had ended, Athena returned to me and congratulated me on my success, my wisdom and strength had impressed her as always but deep down inside her she wanted me, if only our union wasn't forbidden, we could have been together forever.
May 20th..
I had found myself back home once again, K and I were together again laying side by side in bed beneath the black silk sheet's. I held her close as I stared into her eyes and thought about what was coming next, of course I love my work, being an assassin, I would never give that up, delivering justice and protecting the innocent, I work in the shadows to serve the light, the creed means everything to me and so does the brotherhood.
However I still think about her...I won't reveal her name so I shall call her V, I wonder if she still thinks about me...somehow probably not but I still miss her. V and I used to be close, I don't know what happened between us, one minute she was here with me and then she was gone, no explanation and she did not even a leave a letter behind for me, oh well...I would have done anything for V, given her anything...
I must try not to think about her, I have K now and what we have together is important to me, many women would do anything to get a man like me. They always like a man that is strong yet sensitive, fortunately I am both of those things, in bed I can be like a beast or a gentle lover, whatever the women desires, I do anything it takes to please a woman, however I am happy with what I have now, K and I are going to have a lot of fun together.
