As Hercules held his sword firmly in his hand Arachne screamed loudly and then ran towards him , Hercules charged towards and swung his sword forward. Hercules sword clashed against Arachne's steel like claws , "you cannot defeat me Arachne" said Hercules , "we shall see!" Said Arachne , Hercules used his superior strength and pushed Arachne backwards towards the fountain behind her.
Hercules kicked Arachne hard and sent her through mid air , Arachne crashed through the marble fountain and smashed it into pieces. "Ahh , you shall pay for that!" Said Arachne as she slowly stood up on her eight legs , a moment later Arachne fired a blast of sticky thread towards Hercules , "do not let that thread touch you!" Said Perseus as Odysseus tried to reach his sword.
Hercules quickly dodged the blast of sticky thread and tackled Arachne , Hercules grappled her and held tight , "get off me!" Said Arachne as she tried to shake Hercules off. Odysseus's hand moved a little closer towards his sword as he continued to try and reach it , "ugh if I could just reach my sword I may be able to escape from this sticky thread" said Odysseus.
Moments later Perseus also tried to reach for his sword as Hercules wrestled with Arachne , suddenly Arachne leaped high into the air , "maybe this will get you off my back!" Said Arachne. Hercules held onto her tight as Arachne began to fall through the air towards the ground , Arachne spun around fast and threw Hercules off her back , Hercules fell through the air towards the ground as Arachne fired another blast of sticky thread.
Her sticky thread hit the buildings and stuck to it , she used her sticky thread to create a safe spot for her to land on as Hercules crashed into a cart full of hay. Moments later Hercules climbed out of the cart looked towards Arachne , Odysseus and Perseus finally reached their swords and began cutting through the sticky thread they were trapped in , Arachne jumped off her web and ran towards Hercules.
Hercules stood there and did nothing as Arachne came closer towards him , then suddenly Hercules ran towards her and unleashed his battlecry. Just before Hercules and Arachne clashed Hercules dropped to the ground and slid beneath her , as Hercules slid beneath Arachne he thrust his sword into abdomen and sliced it open , blood gushed out as Hercules sword cut through her spider body.
Arachne screamed as her blood and guts spilled across the stony ground , Hercules swiftly stood on his feet as Odysseus and Perseus had finally cut themselves free from the sticky thread they were trapped in. Arachne crashed against the ground as the heroes stood side by side and put their swords away , "Arachne will suffer her curse no more" said Perseus.
Moments later Odysseus , Hercules and Perseus walked away from the village and headed towards the hill , some time later the sun had set as the heroes crossed the hill and headed towards the beach. "I hope the crew have finished setting up camp" said Odysseus , "yes I'm starving!" Said Hercules , "you are always hungry Hercules..."said Perseus , Hercules laughed and patted Perseus's back.
"Careful with that strength of yours Hercules" said Odysseus as he smiled at him , a few minutes later Odysseus , Hercules and Perseus had finally arrived at the beach. "The camp is set up well" said Odysseus as he sat down beside the firepit , a moment later Hercules and Perseus sat beside Odysseus as the crew began to start cooking the wild boar they had found while the heroes were battling Arachne
The moon shone bright in the clear night sky as the heroes and their crew ate their meal , little did they know that danger was close by watching them from the shadows...
