Should we celebrate it only on this day? should we respect them only on 8th?

No..we should treat them with respect every day. we were born to this world cause of a woman and that's our mother. we were raised with care mostly by the mothers. they were our best friends and then comes the sisters. and friends. and when get married wife will be there with us. and time passes giving us daughters. they are all females, who will be women one day. then why people treat them like shit. they beat them abuse them rape them and limit their freedom but why it's only for them...

In countries like india some parents kill their children before even born if they are girls. is it fair enough? why only males should live in this world? everybody should be treated the same way. and us females, most of them never open their mouth about being abused even if it's by strangers or husband or even ur father or uncles. coz they are frightened thinking it will cause them more trouble or like if its a shame for them.

But should we keep our mouth shut against situations like this? NO..we shouldn't..we should speak for ourselves. we should stop abusing women, coz always remember ur mother, sister, friend, wife and even daughter is a female too.

I agree with you nutsy, we women deserve respect above all things! The reason of this day it's because a group of women died in a fire after their employer locked the doors to prevent them from leaving the building (the reason now I don't recall) they tried to escape but they couldn't. A day to celebrate women that was the result of guilt and abuse.

It's important to point out that the abuse, judgment also come from other women. Our world lacks the sense of sorority, of unlimited support and understanding from one woman to another.

As for the countries that exterminate their daughters before they're born, ignore them while they're alive, they do it because they don't carry the family name and on those countries it's like losing their honor and history if that happens. Humanity has the need of being remembered.

The biggest shame and their fate is to become all gay :p cause they'll have only other men to marry and fuck lol
