As the Martian Lord's advanced on their position, Captain Black had an idea, Captain Black acted quickly and fired a shot at a fire extinguisher. The laser hit the fire extinguisher making it burst, the liquid from inside the fire extinguisher sprayed all over the Martian Lord's and gave Captain Black and Doctor Al-Ishaq the time they needed to get to another position.
"Open fire!" Said Captain Black, a moment later he and Doctor Al-Ishaq opened fire on the Martian Lord's while they were distracted. "ZAP, ZAP!", laser blasts flew through the air and hit the Martian Lord's killing them, "you cannot stop us..." Said the eerie voice, "leave this facility while you still can!" Said Captain Black as he stood up and looked around the room.
Moments later a green light appeared in the middle of the room and another Martian Lord stood there, "I shall destroy you myself" said the Martian Lord in an eerie tone of voice. "So you're the one that keeps talking to us, well you won't be talking for much longer!" Said Captain Black before firing a shot, the Martian Lord stood there as the laser blast headed straight for it.
Then suddenly the Martian Lord faded away and then reappeared behind Captain Black, "behind you!!" Said Doctor Al-Ishaq. Captain Black quickly turned around and just as he was about to fire another shot, the Martian Lord faded away again and reappeared by the door, "coward!" Said Captain Black as he aimed his gun at the Martian Lord, a few moments later the Martian Lord fired an energy blast towards the energy generator prototype.
"NO!!" Shouted Captain Black, a second later Captain Black leapt forward in between the energy generator prototype and the energy blast. Captain Black shouted as the energy blast hit him in the chest, just as the Martian Lord was about to fire another blast at the energy generator prototype, Doctor Al-Ishaq fired a shot at the Martian Lord, "ahhhh..." Screamed the Martian Lord as the laser blast hit it's chest.
Moments later the Martian Lord fell to the floor as Doctor Al-Ishaq rushed towards Captain Black, "are you alright Lucius?" Asked Doctor Al-Ishaq. "Ugh, I'm alright Talia, no need to worry" said Captain Black as he slowly stood up, the bodies of the Martian Lord's glowed and then faded away into nothingness, "at least the energy generator prototype is safe" said Talia as she placed a hand on Captain Black's shoulder.
A short time later the scientists had returned to the Aeon institute and continued their work, "thank you for protecting the energy generator prototype" said Doctor Waters. "Just doing our duty" said Captain Black, "we shall make sure your agency gets the first Aeon energy drive when we pass the prototype stage and begin to sell them" said Doctor Waters, "The Admiral will be pleased to hear that, thank you" said Doctor Al-Ishaq.
A few moments later Captain Black and Doctor Al-Ishaq left the Aeon institute and walked back to their car, "let's get back to skybase" said Doctor Al-Ishaq. "It's going to be a long flight home" said Captain Black as he and Doctor Al-Ishaq got into the car, a moment later the car zoomed through the streets of Sydney as Captain Black and Doctor Al-Ishaq headed back to the airfield.
Eventually they had arrived at the airfield, boarded the jet and strapped themselves into the chair, a few minutes later the jet took launched off the runway and high into the clear blue sky.
26 hour's later...
Captain Black and Doctor Al-Ishaq had already arrived home and briefed Admiral Gold about their mission and were now resting in lounge area. "Hopefully that will be the last we see if the Martian Lord's for a while!" Said Doctor Al-Ishaq, "I wish but I don't think so Talia" said Captain Black, "it seems as if they will do anything to kill you Lucius" said Talia, "This is far from over..." Said Captain Black as he looked at Talia.
Meanwhile on Mars...
The red sands of Mars moved in the wind as a storm arose around the Martian city of Miraxis, red coloured lightning flashed in the dark sky as the light's of Miraxis lit up the darkness of night. The leader's of the Martian Lord's sat around a large green crystal table and discussed their next plan, "we must eradicate Captain Black or he will continue to get in our way" said the General of the Martian Lord's army.
"He cannot be killed, you have tried already General" said the Emperor, "unless we can find out how he became indestructible he will always get in our way" said Minister Axtras. "Hmm, I think it is best we keep our distance from Captain Black" said the Emperor, "he is dangerous and must be eradicated!" Said the General, "I am sure you can avoid conflict General" said the Emperor.
"What if we lure him here to Mars..." Said the Minister, "and excellent idea Minister Axtras!" Said the General, "you will follow my order's General Zaxos!" Said the Emperor. "Yes of course Emperor Straxia" said General Zaxos, A few moments later Emperor Straxia left the room, "we shall lure Captain Black here to Mars, I do not care what Emperor Straxia says!" Said General Zaxos.
"You are willing to commit treason and face execution for this General Zaxos?" Asked Minister Axtras, "to eradicate Captain Black yes I would" said General Zaxos. "You're mad General Zaxos!" Said Commander Dexias, "raise your hand if you wish to go with my plan" said General Zaxos, a few moments later the vote had been taken and a decision was made.
"Very well, let us set the trap..." Said General Zaxos..
