It's because u haven't done the verification process while u registered for the first time u got 7 days to do it but u failed to .....now the Admins need to send the verification link manually write to the admins they will help u
Dont worry , hope u have a valid email, just let us know the user id, will send u a verification link in ur mail which has been given for registration, click the link and get it verified
