If so how long do you withstand share your experience.

It's my 15th day. I feel over horny at times. My body feels to get some company of some hot girls but still I am trying not to fap.

My biggest no fap challenge is nearly 60 days during my second of college.... When Im hitting gym hard... I can't able to sit properly in class if I see any chicks. It's very hard to follow & It's also gives that wow feel.:Laugh1:
 
Almost 5 months (I didn't even think about sex or porn much during those days, didn't watch any porn, it is easy when you are in love with someone, naughty thoughts don't really cross your mind but a lot of hugs and kisses do :inlove:)

But the problem with me taking no fap is, when it ends, I end up overdoing it, like 3,4 or even 6 times a day and I end up regretting that day :rofl1:
Then it happens for another 3 or 4 days, then I end up feeling shitty :unamused:
Then no fap again :tso:

Are there any girls who want to answer this question? No??

Now I am feeling weird about posting this but let's post this anyway :giggle:

Most of the day i regret, shit why did i do that..
These comes in mind mostly when i am alone and nothing to do lol..

But there are benefits in doing that like,
  • improved mood.
  • better sleep.
  • stress and tension relief.
  • relief from menstrual cramps.
  • lower risk of prostate cancer
