We all face some random days which are more hectic than other - Meetings, Emails, classes, presentations, content, daily chores- all together.
To manage a hectic day I follow some of the techniques (which I’ve learnt after years of struggle *sigh*):
Keep Yourself Hydrated - Keep drinking as much water as you can because dehydration can cause loss of focus and can also cause irritation.
Prioritize works - Arrange works on the basis the urgency and start finishing them one by one beginning with the work with highest priority. Don’t multitask.
Keep your mobile away. A single beep can cause major distractions. Distractions are one of the major reasons you aren’t productive.
Don’t overcommit.
