Hercules and Delphina looked towards the river and saw that the ferryman had vanished and then realised they were trapped on the island , meanwhile deep inside the temple Medusa moved through the rubble and then went through the hole in the wall and followed the corridors until she reached the exit. Hercules looked around and then suddenly he saw Medusa coming straight for them , "it's Medusa...she survived" said Hercules as he drew his sword , Delphina had also grabbed her sword and then they lifted their shields up in front of them to avoid Medusa's deadly gaze.
Medusa moved towards them faster and faster and just as she was about to strike a white light flashed around Hercules, Delphina and Pegasus. Moments later Hercules and Delphina found themselves standing in a large room with marble pillars and furnishings , "Pegasus...where are you" said Hercules as he looked around the room , "Pegasus is safe , I sent him back to Perseus in Athens" said a voice behind him.
Hercules and Delphina turned around to see a tall man in a white and gold robe , "father!!" Said Hercules , "welcome to Mount Olympus Hercules" said Zeus. Hercules and Zeus gripped each others hand and shook them , "and who is this fine lady" asked Zeus as Hercules rolled his eyes and sighed a little then smiled , "I am Delphina" she said as Zeus shook her hand and smiled , "are you going to flirt with every mortal woman you meet" said his wife Hera as she raised an eyebrow and frowned a little.
Zeus smiled innocently and took a step back , "well now that you are here , I have a task for you Hercules my son" , Hercules looked intrigued as he held his beard and asked what the task was. "I want you to go to Crete and dispatch the Minotaur , he's been causing trouble" said Zeus , Hercules thought about it for a few moments as he walked around a little , "I accept the task" said Hercules and then ran his fingers through his long hair , "excellent , I knew you would be up for this task" said Zeus as he smiled.
"However... your friend Delphina cannot go with you" said Zeus , Hercules frowned a little and asked why Delphina couldn't go with him , "she is needed back in Olympia , the city is under attack and they need her assistance" said Zeus. "I see , well in that case, I must go to Crete alone" said Hercules , a few moments later Hercules and Delphina said goodbye as they hoped to meet again soon , Zeus clicked his fingers and then Delphina vanished in a flash of light and found herself back home in Olympia.
Hercules and Zeus talked for a little while , Zeus told him where to find the Minotaur and then later that day Zeus transported Hercules to Crete to complete his task , "ok time to hunt this Minotaur down" thought Hercules. Hercules headed towards the cliffs and climbed down the cliff face carefully until he reached a ledge half way down , "hmm a strange place to have a cave half way down a cliff" thought Hercules , he walked into the cave and drew his sword and took a little torch off the wall , he walked deeper into the cave until he found a large room filled with gold and trinkets.
Suddenly he heard a noise coming from behind the altar in the centre of the room , moments later the Minotaur saw Hercules and ran towards him , Hercules gripped his sword firmly and prepared to defend himself as the Minotaur came ever closer towards him...
