Healing And Expressing EMOTIONAL PAIN :)

Indeed, we often find ourselves navigating through heartbreak and emotional pain without the necessary guidance on how to express and heal from it.

It's common to feel lost when dealing with heartbreak and sadness because we're often told to keep our pain hidden. But this lack of guidance on how to deal with it can make things harder. We're left struggling with our feelings while waiting for time to heal us. Fear of what others might think and not trusting anyone can make us keep everything inside, making us feel even worse. This loneliness can feel overwhelming.

But it's important to know that healing starts when we talk about our pain. One way is to reach out to people we trust, like friends, family, or a therapist. They can give us a safe space to share without judging us. Also, taking care of ourselves by writing down our feelings, trying relaxation techniques, or doing something creative can help us feel better.

By focusing on our mental and emotional health and finding ways to talk about our feelings, we can slowly start feeling stronger and happier again.

Love doesn't make one weak or wounded if it's true. I'm not saying everyone's faking it but love is something which will give us the strength to move forward and find a new life which is meant for a human. It doesn't have to be painful, sorrow, hurtful and ending on bad terms. Always have to believe in one thing, if you love someone and they want to get away from you, let them go. If they're meant for you they'll definitely come back for you no matter where you go. That's love. Until then stay strong and positive. Peace✌️

Hello and good evening bro,
Very well written and true to the core. After going through a tragedy , be it a heartbreak or some kind of personal loss , people tend to bottle up inside and not get out of the said problem at hand. As you said correctly , the right approach is to talk to the near and dear ones. When someone gets a good news they share it with people but it's the opposite when they suffer due to a problem in their life. Infact that's when they need to reach out more so that their grief is shared and it helps them in overcoming the suffering they are going through. I have met a few users on chat with whom I try to engage and share as much of their problems as I can and try to guide them in the right way. I do my best from my side and I hope it helps them in moving forward. :)
