Looks yummy however the classic batter does not have poha (in South). The classic recepie is
Raw rice
Urad dal
Methi
The dal and methi are soaked seperate
Ground seperate and then mixed with the rice batter.
Side dish chutney sambar gun powder
(Gun powder is a mix of dals and dried red chillies)

I know piao , I experimented n I haven't add poha ! My granny has spent her 20 yrs of life in kerala so I know many things for her
