Feels left out

When I post complain I have been said I can directly have a talk with administration but this is second time I might unread dint got a reply from both the administration
Some one (parul ) saying she got my pic as it was click by administration while I did cam regarding vip
When I sent ss to both administration they dint even bother to reply me
I really feel left out whn I see them replying others even to the abusers complain and not replying to me
