Last 2-3 days I am facing this issue on forum. I am getting muted for 10 minutes to 8 hours, randomly.
Today's example - I posted one message on a profile post and one new thread only since morning ... and muted ..

You can post in this thread in 4 hours 41 minutes 28 seconds

I tried clearing cache, re-login but nothing helps. Can you please let me know why this is happening? If it helps, I am in India.

there is a limit as to how many times you're allowed to post in a 24hr period. If you were "muted" for 10 mins, then it was 10mins until your reset timer restarted for the next 24hrs.
