As the whirlpool began to pull in the ships at the harbour Alexandros had told Katerina to stay safe at their home , Alexandros left the house and ran towards the harbour as fast as he could. Moments later Alexandros had arrived at the harbour and helped his friends evacuate the area , after he got his friends to safety Alexandros saw a creature emerging from the whirlpool.
"What is that..." Said Alexandros as a large sea serpent appeared from the whirlpool , it's golden coloured scales shimmered in the sunlight as the sea serpent slammed it's tail against the whirlpool. Moments later the whirlpool turned into a giant tidal wave and crashed towards the streets , Alexandros closed his eyes and began to pray , "almighty Poseidon god of the sea please protect us" he said.
Just as the giant tidal wave was about to crash onto the streets it began to swirl and turn into a giant ball , Alexandros opened his eyes and there in front of him stood Poseidon god of the sea. Poseidon pointed his shining golden trident towards the sea serpent and used his powers to control the giant ball of water , moments later the giant ball turned into a powerful stream and Poseidon fired it at the sea serpent.
The stream of water smashed against the sea serpent and hit it hard making it screech , while the sea serpent was distracted Poseidon flew towards it and attacked. Poseidon's shining golden trident hit the sea serpent and sliced through it's golden coloured scales , the sea serpent lunged towards Poseidon and then wrapped it's snake-like body around him.
The sea serpent squeezed it's snake-like body around Poseidon tightly and screeched , moments later Poseidon unleashed an enormous blast of hurricane strength winds and the sea serpent flew through the air. As the sea serpent fell through the air Poseidon gripped his trident firmly and threw it towards the sea serpent , a few moments later the trident impaled the sea serpent as Poseidon flew towards it.
Seconds later the sea serpent crashed into the waves making the water splash across the harbour and Alexandros , Poseidon flew down into the sea and pulled his trident out of the sea serpents lifeless body. A minute or so later Poseidon burst out of the sea and hovered in the air , "thank you almighty Poseidon;" said Alexandros as he kneeled before him , Poseidon remained silent and a moment later he vanished.
Alexandros ran through the streets and towards his home , his clothes and body wet from the crashing waves , "you are soaking wet" said Katerina as Alexandros walked through the door , "there was a whirlpool and a sea serpent" said Alexandros , "are you alright?" Asked Katerina as she picked up a cloth for Alexandros so he could dry himself , she handed him the towel and Alexandros began to dry himself.
"I prayed for Poseidon to help us" said Alexandros , "did he come?" Asked Katerina , "yes he fought the sea serpent and slayed it before my eyes!" Said Alexandros as he continued to dry himself. "You need some rest to regain your strength" said Katerina , Alexandros nodded and finished drying himself and then went to lay on the bed in their room , he closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep and a few minutes later he began to dream.
His dream became a nightmare as strange images flashed in his mind , moments later he heard Athena's voice whispering to him , "my assassin is coming for you..." Said the Athena as Alexandros saw a shadowy figure coming towards him. Moments later the shadowy figure thrust his blade into Alexandros then everything went dark , Alexandros suddenly woke up breathing heavily and beads of sweat dripping from his forehead.
"It was only a dream..." Thought Alexandros as he wiped his forehead and went back to sleep...
