After Kassandra and her family had arrived at her home she began to tell them everything that happened while they were away , "so this man Azrael was testing his fear potion on the townsfolk" said Rose. "Yes he is completely mad" said Kassandra , "why would he do such a thing?" Asked Talia , "I do not think he has a reason , he is doing this because he can" said Kassandra , "then he must be stopped!" Said Daniel , let us all go to the old watchtower now" said Rose.
"I do not see much point , he has probably left the place" said Kassandra , "yes but maybe he has left something behind" said Daniel , "hmm I suppose he could have left a clue to his whereabouts behind if he was in a hurry" said Kassandra. "Then it is settled , let us go there now" said Talia , a short time later Kassandra and her family had left the house and walked towards the old watchtower , "we shall be there in a few minutes" said Kassandra.
"Hopefully we shall find something" said Rose as they all walked through the freezing cold snow towards the old watchtower , a few minutes later they had arrived at the old watchtower and went inside. "Let us split up and search for any clues" said Kassandra , "Talia and I shall search the top area of the watchtower" said Daniel , "then Rose and I shall search the bottom" said Kassandra , moments later Daniel and Talia walked up the spiral staircase towards the top area of the watchtower.
"Ok sister you search the left side and I shall search the right" said Kassandra , Rose nodded and then began her search as she entered the living room. After Daniel and Talia reached the top area of the old watchtower they split up and began searching the rooms , meanwhile Kassandra walked into the room where she saw Azrael conducting his experiments , "hmm there must be something he left behind" thought Kassandra as she looked around.
After a few minutes she found nothing and decided to search the library room , "these books are covered in dust" said Kassandra as she walked around the library room. Meanwhile in the living room Rose had also found nothing and decided to go into the kitchen , "hmm I do not think he would have left anything behind in here" thought Rose as she searched the kitchen , Daniel searched the bedroom but found nothing except some old scroll's.
"Hmm I wonder if these scroll's are useful" said Daniel as he began to open them , "hmm interesting but but not what we are looking for" said Daniel. Meanwhile in the study Talia searched the desk and shelves for anything unusual , "hmm what is this" thought Talia as she picked up a book , "it appears to be Azrael's journal , I must show Kassandra" thought Talia , moments later Kassandra's sister Rose and her parents Talia and Daniel had joined her in the library.
"Have you found anything?" Asked Kassandra , "I could not find anything" said Rose , "neither could I" said Daniel , "I found Azrael's journal" said Talia. "Oh let me see it" said Kassandra , a moment later her mother Talia handed her Azrael's journal , "hmm let me see....it says Azrael had escaped from Merlin and went into hiding" said Kassandra , "wait..you mean Merlin from the legends of King Arthur!?" Said Daniel , "hmm it appears so , yes" said Kassandra.
"What else does it say?" asked Rose as Kassandra flicked through the pages , "oh dear... creating the fear potion is not all Azrael is planning" said Kassandra. "What is he trying to do?" Asked Talia , "he is going to try and set King Arthur's sister Morgan Le Fay from her prison!" Said Kassandra , "Morgan Le Fay...that is not good!" Said Daniel , "why is that father" said Rose , "Morgan Le Fay was an evil sorceress , legend has it that Merlin imprisoned her in the phantom realm for eternity" said Daniel.
"Then we must stop Azrael before he can set her free" said Talia , "no it is to dangerous for you , I shall take care of this myself" said Kassandra. "It is better that we all fight" said Rose , "I agree , even though you cannot be killed it is better that you have our help Kassandra" said Daniel , moments later Kassandra saw something out of the corner of her eye , "look there is one book on that shelf with no dust on it" said Kassandra.
Kassandra walked up to the shelf and moved the book , suddenly the bookshelf began to move by itself , "it is a secret passage" said Rose , "it may lead us to Azrael" said Talia. Moments later Kassandra and her family walked into the secret passage and followed the tunnel , a few minutes later..."this tunnel seems like it shall never end" said Talia and sighed , "wait I can see light over there" said Kassandra , a few moments later they had walked through a wall of light and exited the secret passage and found themselves in a strange place.
"What the!? , where are we?" Said Kassandra in disbelief as she saw a dragon fly through the sky at high speed , "is this the last!?" Said Rose , "I do not know but it could be dangerous here" said Talia. "Maybe this is the phantom realm" said Daniel , "hmm I do not think so father" said Kassandra as she looked around , "what is this place!?" Said Talia , "maybe it is another world" said Kassandra , moments later a man appeared from nowhere and stood in front of them.
"What the...who are you people and what are you doing here!?" Said the man , "I am Kassandra and this is my sister Rose and my parents Talia and Daniel" said Kassandra. "Hmm ok , I am Merlin but what are you doing here?" He asked , a sorcerer called Azrael is trying to set Morgan Le Fay free from the phantom realm!" Said Kassandra , "what!? , no that cannot be allowed to happen , if he succeeds darkness will fall over your land" said Merlin.
"We need to find Azrael and quickly" said Talia , "yes yes let us go to your world now" said Merlin , a few moments later Merlin followed Kassandra and her family into the secret passage back to their world...
