Two weeks later...
Kassandra and her sister Rose and their parents had settled back into life at Trinity Hale as winter took hold over the town. Kassandra and her family were spending the winter holiday together at Rose's home as the snow fell thick and fast and the dark grey clouds blocked out the sunlight , little did Kassandra and her family know that evil lived in Trinity Hale.
To the south area of Trinity Hale stood an old watchtower that had been abandoned for over a hundred years , but now evil lived there as he planned to bring terror to the townsfolk. "Merlin shall never find me here" said a man in a rough but strong tone of voice , a rainbow of colours flashed and bubbling sounds filled the watchtower as he experimented with his dark magic.
"The townsfolk shall kneel before me...Azrael the sorcerer of Avalon..." Said Azrael and then laughed maniacally , meanwhile back at Rose and Kassandra's home their parents Talia and Daniel had fallen asleep beside the fireplace as Kassandra stood by the window , "there's something strange going on at the old watchtower" said Kassandra as she looked out of the window.
"What? , the old watchtower has been abandoned for over a hundred years" said Rose as she walked towards the window. "It does not look abandoned anymore sister" said Kassandra , "hmm it appears not" said Rose as she looked out of the window , "I sense evil in this town" said Kassandra , "maybe it is at the old watchtower" said Rose , "I shall have to investigate in the morning" said Kassandra.
"I may join you when mother and father and I have finished our trip to Crystal Falls" said Rose , "thank you sister but I think I can handle thing's" said Kassandra. "If you change your mind do not hesitate to to ask" said Rose , the next morning Kassandra waved to her parents and sister as they climbed aboard the train to Crystal Falls , moments later the train had left the station and Kassandra went home to change her clothes.
A short time later Kassandra had returned home and changed into her assassin robes , her blood red coloured robe glimmered a little in the light as she put on her gauntlet. Her gauntlet had a hidden blade inside it , a perfect place to hide a weapon , Kassandra secured her gauntlet and pulled the hood up , a moment later she reached into her wardrobe and took out her sword then attached it to her belt.
Kassandra had finished getting ready and then stood by the window and looked out of it , "whatever or whoever you are...I am coming for you!" Said Kassandra as she looked at the watchtower in the distance. A few minutes later Kassandra left the house and walked through an empty part of Trinity Hale and towards the watchtower , she continued onwards as she walked through the cold snow covered ground.
Snow fell once again as the dark clouds moved above the watchtower , several minutes later Kassandra had arrived at the watchtower , she stayed out of sight as she crouched amongst the shadows and watched. "Let us see if anyone appears.." said Kassandra as she kept her eyes on the watchtower...
