Three days later, 21:37 pm...
Arcturus had questioned the villagers about the rumours of a monster living in the village but gained little knowledge from them. He had searched almost all of the village, the only place left that he had not searched was Gabriel's home, Arcturus walked towards the hills as the rain fell at a steady pace and the wind howled, thirteen minutes later he had finally reached Gabriel's home and knocked on the door.
After a few minutes of waiting nobody answered the door and Gabriel looked around for another way inside, he left footprints behind in the wet mud as he walked around to the rear of the house. Arcturus was able to open the back door and then he entered the house, he closed the door behind him and remained silent as he began to look around the house, Arcturus kept his guard up as he searched room after room.
Then a short time later he began to hear music playing upstairs, Arcturus slowly and quietly walked up the spiral staircase and followed the sound of music. He walked through the candlelit hall and headed towards east wing of the house, "the music is coming from the room at the end of the hall" thought Arcturus as he moved slowly and swiftly, a few moments later he reached out his hand towards the door handle and then held it.
Arcturus slowly pushed the handle down and then began to open the door, he peeked through the gap and then he saw someone leaning over a body. Seconds later Arcturus took out his stake then burst into the room and said "VAMPIRE!!", there in front of him was Gabriel and Lucy draining the blood of a woman from the village, Gabriel and Lucy hissed at Arcturus and then stood up and slowly moved towards him.
"How dare you enter our home..." Said Gabriel, "you shall not be leaving here alive.." said Lucy as blood dripped from her fangs. A few moments later Arcturus took out a cross and held it out towards Lucy and Gabriel, they slowly backed away as Arcturus began to speak, "I am Arcturus Zed monster hunter" he said as Lucy and Gabriel hissed at him and moved towards the shaded part of the room.
Arcturus lifted his right arm and held the stake firmly in his hand about to strike, then suddenly Gabriel grabbed an old rotten chair and threw it at Arcturus. The chair smashed into pieces as it hit Arcturus and knocked him down, the cross Arcturus was holding flew across the room and landed in cobwebbed corner, Arcturus quickly got back on his feet to defend himself and tried to impale Gabriel's chest with his stake.
Gabriel and Arcturus grappled each other whilst Lucy moved through the shadows in the room and then attacked Arcturus from behind. "Get off me monster!" Said Arcturus as he tried to get Lucy off his back, then suddenly Arcturus tripped over the dead woman's body and fell onto the floor, he dropped the stake and watched it roll under the bed beside him as he defended himself.
Moments later Gabriel had Arcturus pinned down and unable to move, "you take first bit my dearest Lucy.." said Gabriel. Arcturus squirmed and tried to escape from Gabriel's strong grip as Lucy moved ever closer towards him, Lucy's teeth and ruby red coloured lips still dripping with blood from earlier she kneeled in front of Arcturus as Gabriel held onto him.
Lucy licked the blood from her lips and then attacked Arcturus, she sank her fangs into his neck and began draining his blood. A few moments later Gabriel sank his teeth into Arcturus's neck and drank his blood as Lucy moved back a little and watched him, a short time later Gabriel and Lucy had drained every last drop of blood from Arcturus and kicked his lifeless body aside.
Lucy and Gabriel's lips and fangs now soaked in blood as the rain fell harder and faster, raindrops splashed against the windows as the moonlight seeped out between the cracks in the dark clouds. A moment later Gabriel grabbed Lucy and kissed her deeply, several seconds later they had stopped kissing each other and looked at the dead bodies laying around them.
"We must dispose of these bodies my dear" said Gabriel, a short time later Gabriel and Lucy grabbed the two bodies and dragged them out of the room and then took them downstairs to the crypt beneath the house. They dumped the bodies into a couple of already used graves with skeletal remains inside and then sealed them inside, "come, let us go and dance in the ballroom my dear" said Gabriel.
A minute or two later Gabriel and Lucy left the crypt beneath the house and headed towards the ballroom to dance as the weather outside grew worse.
