The rough sea waves clashed against the cliff face as the tide rose, two bags floated upon the waves as a ship sailed beside them. "Captain there's something floating alongside us!" Said a man, "bring it in" said the Captain, a few moments later the crew anchored the ship and used their equipment to reach the floating bags, then suddenly two hands emerged out of the waves and grabbed the two bags.
"What the hell!?" Said one of the crewmen, "we got people here Captain!" Said another crewman, "don't just stand there help them aboard!" Said the Captain. A few moments later the crew pulled the bags and the two people out of the sea and on board the ship, it was Gabriel and Lucy!, "thank you for helping us" said Gabriel, "what happened to you?" Said the Captain.
"It is a long story.." said Lucy as she and Gabriel stood on their feet soaking wet and picked up their bags, "sit down and catch your breath" said the Captain. Lucy and Gabriel sat down as the Captain gave the order for his crew to raise the anchor, "I need...fluids..." Said Gabriel, "we must not give in to hunger my love" whispered Lucy, "we must do something to recover.." said Gabriel.
"But what can we do?" Said Lucy, "there is no other way, we must feed our hunger my dear" said Gabriel, a few minutes later a storm had come from nowhere as the ship sailed across the sea. The rain hammered against the ships deck as Gabriel and Lucy stored their bags in the ships bridge room, "these people helped us, can we not wait until we reach another place?" Whispered Lucy.
"My dearest Lucy we must recover, I cannot wait much longer" said Gabriel, "very well my love, let us feed our hunger..." Said Lucy as the storm hammered the ship. A matter of moments later the night was filled with screams as Gabriel and Lucy fed their hunger, a short while later Gabriel and Lucy had finished draining the of blood from the Captain and his crew.
The deck of the ship soaking wet with rain and the blood of the crew blood, "this shall be the last time we take human blood, I promise you" said Gabriel. "Yes my love I promise too, no more human blood" said Lucy as the ship bobbed up and down across the rough sea waves, Lucy and Gabriel held each other close as they looked out and saw land ahead of them in the distance, "look an island!, we shall make a new home there!" Said Gabriel.
"It sounds like a brilliant idea my love" said Lucy as Gabriel steered the ship, as the storm continued to rage, the ship sailed through the darkness of night towards the island. "It shall not take long my dearest Lucy" said Gabriel and then he kissed her, Lucy held Gabriel close as the ship sailed onwards through the night towards their new home.
