Can you live without mobile ?

I am severely addicted to my phone - I can't even imagine my phone running out of battery. I need something always running on my phone a game, a movie, music, youtube, chats or something. Can't imagine forgetting my phone when I'm leaving the house, too scary. I don't know what I should do with my hands if not using the phone in a public space.
