Yes we can but careful who you belive in. ...
Here we can only know the person what they want us to know about them not completely... Just don't jump into friendship directly n blindly... Take your time , understand them n think practically.... Then you can involve emotion in your friendship... otherwise you need to face the risks n so on.... as you didn't read the t&c ...

some think their partner as gf or bf ,some as bestie ,some do it for time pass, some use and throw & move to better option i mean both men and women so it depends.
