Bugs Bugs in Private Message Section

I’m experiencing an issue where private messages I send to other users appear in my own PM window, but the recipients don’t receive them. It looks like the message gets stuck on my end without being delivered. Please look into this
It’s not just me ,a few other users have also faced this issue.

Actually i do know about this, but what i mentioned is something different

Maybe the other person has there pm turned off ,users can disable pm in settings
