Venizia and Azryn travelled onwards towards Kastellia City as the rain continued to fall , the puddles of water rippled as the raindrops splashed into them and Venizia and Azryn stepped through them. "You shall like Kastellia City , it is not like the other places across our land" said Azryn , "how far away is the city?" Asked Venizia as she and Azryn reached a forked path.
"It is not that far , maybe an hour" said Azryn , a few moments later they walked across the east path and followed it towards Kastellia City. A short time later they had reached a small forest and stopped for a moment , "we must pass through this forest to reach the city" said Azryn , "is there anything dangerous in there?" Asked Venizia , "nothing dangerous but..." Said Azryn.
"But what?" Said Venizia , "well Grymlok may be in the forest , he likes to hang around here" said Azryn as they entered the forest. "This Grymlok person...does he cause trouble?" Asked Venizia as they walked further into the forest , "hmm not exactly he likes to play games.." said Azryn as he looked around , "hmm I see" said Venizia , as they walked onwards through the forest they began to hear strange sounds.
Moments later a huge spider almost the size of a house appeared from nowhere , the huge spider suddenly leapt towards Venizia and Azryn. Just as the huge spider was about to land on them it suddenly vanished , "haha , the look on your faces" said a voice , "I hate spiders!" Said Azryn as he tried to catch his breath , a moment later a small goblin emerged from the shadows and walked towards them.
"I am guessing this is Grymlok?" said Venizia , "yes..." said Azryn as he rolled his eyes a little then sighed , "you know I hate spiders Grymlok" said Azryn as Grymlok laughed a little. "Was that magic?" Asked Venizia , "it was a holographic image , magic vanished a century ago although nobody knows why" said Grymlok , "yes well..as fun as it is to see you Grymlok we are heading to Kastellia City" said Azryn.
"Oh are you now , what for?" Asked Grymlok , "we are on a journey" said Venizia , "hmm are you now , this journey of yours , what do you hope to find?" Said Grymlok. "Well I thought a journey would be fun" said Venizia as she smiled a little , "I wanted to explore the land and maybe discover something interesting along the way" said Azryn as Grymlok stared at him strangely.
"Maybe I should join you on your journey" said Grymlok , Azryn's smile suddenly faded and expression of dread on his face. "I'm just playing haha , I got some of my own business to do" said Grymlok , Azryn sighed with relief and thought "that is a relief , the last thing I want is Grymlok playing games on the entire journey" , "it was nice to meet you miss but I have to go" said Grymlok.
Venizia and Azryn said goodbye to Grymlok and travelled onwards through the forest towards Kastellia City , forty-five minutes later they had exited the forest just as the rain began to fall harder and faster. "Look there it is Kastellia City!" Said Azryn , "let us get there quickly before this rain makes us even wetter" said Venizia , a moment later Venizia and Azryn ran across the path towards the city.
Ten minutes later they had finally reached Kastellia City and headed towards the nearest inn , a few minutes later Venizia and Azryn had reached the inn and payed for a room. "I'll show you to your room" said the woman in the inn , "thank you , what was your name?" Said Venizia , "my name is Lina" said the woman as she walked towards one of the rooms.
"This is your room , if you need anything I shall be in the kitchen" said Lina as she smiled at them , Venizia and Azryn smiled and then went into the room and changed out of their wet clothes. "I paid her enough money to rent this room for a couple of days or so" said Azryn as he dried himself off then placed his clothes onto the drying rack , "then we shall have time to explore Kastellia" said Venizia as she did the same.
A few minutes or so later Venizia and Azryn had changed into some clean dry clothes and then sat down on the chair and relaxed. "I'm starving , we should ask Lina for some food" said Venizia , a few minutes later Lina knocked on the door and entered the room with some ariaberry tea and sandwiches on a tray , "we were just about to ask for some food" said Azryn.
"I guessed that you would be hungry and wanting something hit to drink after being out in this rain" said Lina , Azryn and Venizia thanked Lina for the sandwiches and ariaberry tea then began to eat. "this ariaberry tea is good" said Venizia , "yes so are these Kastellian roast pork sandwiches" said Azryn as he picked up another sandwich , "save some room for dessert" said Venizia as she smiled at him and then had another sip of ariaberry tea.
Twenty minutes later they had finished their ariaberry tea and Kastellian roast pork sandwiches and got some rest while they waited for the rain to stop.
