Hello and good evening bro. True he was the pioneer and the visionary behind drafting the constitution and also fighting the caste system. If I remember my history correctly, as the first law minister he did want to make amends to the old archaic British laws still prevalent then and which are sadly still prevalent now. We did get independence with a lot of sacrifices yet I feel somewhere when it comes to law we are still under British rule. Why do lawyers still wear gowns and coats even in the scorching heat when the judges courts are barely breathable. One of my good friend is a judge in the high court and so is my nephew. I also have 3 of my brother in laws who are practicing lawyers. They all tell me about the appalling state of the courts and the justice system in our country. We need to have fast track courts, cases disposed at the earliest. My dad used to say, if one files a case be rest assured his/her grandson/grand daughter might get a verdict. Justice delayed is justice denied. I myself am a victim of this faulty system. As they say 100 mein se 90 beimaan phir bhi mera Bharat mahan. God bless India and the future generations. Salud!!!!
