Attachment is when someone slowly becomes a part of your routine without you even realising it. It’s not always love, and it doesn’t always need a label. Sometimes it’s just the comfort, the conversations, the little things, and the feeling of being understood.

I think attachment is that invisible connection you dont plan don't define and sometimes dont even notice happening. You simply realize one day that what they say matters to you a little more than it should. Maybe that's when a connection becomes an attachment.

Well I have question then if two person having attachment then suddenly one feels bad bcz of others and act differently, but after that day he realise his mistake and come back to the person but the twist is it seems like the person (the one he came back to) started losing attachment. How u describe what happening here.

Maybe the attachment did not disappear suddenly. Sometimes when someone hurts us something inside us quietly changes.

Even if the person comes back and realizes their mistake the other person may have already learned to protect their heart by expecting less.

So what looks like losing attachment might actually be the heart becoming more careful. The connection may still be there but the same innocence and emotional dependence may not be.
